Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via the USPS, United States Postal Service, unless otherwise stated. Any stickers, magnets, buttons, or other small, non-garment items will generally ship USPS First Class Mail (3–15-day delivery window within USA) and will NOT include any tracking information. Standard shipping for all garments WILL include tracking information. Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment to the means of contact provided upon placing order. Although Queeriosities strives to ship all items within 1-3 business days, it is possible that circumstances beyond our control may arise that could disrupt estimated standards for order dispatch in which case we will put forth our best effort in the interest of keeping the customer informed. Should any package arrive damaged, this must be directly addressed with the United States Postal Service as they are obligated to reimburse for damage to parcels incurred while in their possession. We are unable to fight the good fight in order to address such issues on the customer's behalf. the customer must initiate and follow through with the damage claims process via USPS.com in order to receive compensation for any damaged parcel received. Again, the CUSTOMER must initiate and complete Any steps. required in the interest of collecting reimbursement for any damaged parcel claims, Queeriosities is unable to assist with said process.
